I am so thrilled to join Watson Elementary as your new Assistant Principal!
I bring over 15 years of dedicated experience in education across the Clark County School District, spanning all 3 levels: Elementary, Middle, and High School. Having taught and led at every level, I am deeply committed to ensuring our students have a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
"My goal is to partner with our families, advocate for our students, and ensure Watson Elementary is a safe, positive, and inspiring place for every child to learn and grow."
Outside of school, I love traveling, cuddling with my furbabies, staying active at the gym, exploring unique local spots like oddities shops or expos, and catching live music at local venues around town.
It is an honor to serve this wonderful school community. I look forward to working alongside our families and community members to make this an incredible school year for all of our Wranglers!

Tiffany Amaro
Assistant Principal
Originally from Chicago, I grew up cheering on my hometown teams the Bears, Blackhawks, Cubs, and Bulls. After completing my education, I began my career with the Clark County School District, where I have proudly served for the past 16 years. For 12 years, I worked as a classroom teacher, helping students grow academically and personally. Today, as an administrator, I continue to support student success while partnering with teachers and staff to create positive learning experiences for all.
When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending quality time with my children and my fur babies. I’m a big fan of elephants, Starbucks runs, and just about anything involving tacos or sushi. To stay active, I enjoy kickboxing, and when it’s time to relax, there’s nothing better than a cozy movie night at home. Whether I’m supporting students, spending time with family, or pursuing my favorite hobbies, I strive to find joy and balance in every aspect of life.
