Hello! My name is Mrs. Holloway and I’m your 2nd grade teacher! This is my 11th year teaching for CCSD and at Watson. I’m married with two kids that both attended Watson for elementary school. I love to play cards, watch movies with my family, hanging out with my friends and Warm Weather! I’m originally from Wisconsin so whenever feasible I do go back to visit ALL MY FAMILY!!! Don’t miss those Winters, though :)

Mr. Moore

Greetings My name is Mr. Moore. I am excited to be teaching second grade this year! It is my second year at Watson Elementary, although this is my 24th year in the CCSD. I have been married for 19 years and we have a daughter who is currently a high school junior learning to drive. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, reading, writing (stories and blogs), long walks, bicycle rides, watching movies, and exploring the highways and back roads of America.

Ms. Jackson
Hello! My name is Ms. Jackson (a.k.a. Ms. J), and I am so excited to be teaching 2nd grade this year at Watson ES. I am a first-year teacher and am thrilled to see what the year holds! I love education and learning new things; I studied Business Administration at Johnson C. Smith University (B.S.) and University of Arkansas, Fayetteville (M.B.A.), and am currently working towards my master’s in Elementary Education at UNLV. My goal is to provide students with a serene classroom environment that stimulates academic and personal growth! Go Wranglers!

Ms. Salazar

Hi y’all! My name is Ms. Salazar and I am honored to be your 2nd grade teacher this school year. This is my first year teaching at Watson Elementary School, but I have been teaching in CCSD for 20 years. I am originally from Southern California where I taught for 7 years. I often visit friends and family there whenever I can. I enjoy watching Dodger baseball games with my family. I love spending time surrounded by nature whether that is in my garden, the beach, the mountains, or the desert. I like riding my bike early mornings or late evenings during cool weather. I have fun playing card games and board games. I am looking forward to working with you this year. We are going to have a fantastic year learning and growing together.
