Ms. Salazar
Hi y’all! My name is Ms. Salazar and I am honored to be your 3rd grade teacher this school year. This is my first year teaching at Watson Elementary School, but I have been teaching in CCSD for 20 years. I am originally from Southern California where I taught for 7 years. I often visit friends and family there whenever I can. I enjoy watching Dodger baseball games with my family. I love spending time surrounded by nature whether that is in my garden, the beach, the mountains, or the desert. I like riding my bike early mornings or late evenings during cool weather. I have fun playing card games and board games. I am looking forward to working with you this year. We are going to have a fantastic year learning and growing together.

Ms. Rivera
Welcome Wranglers! My name is Mrs. Rivera, and I'm a 3rd grade teacher here at Watson. I'm so excited to start this new school year with you! I love being outdoors, going on hikes or biking, and spending time with my family. I can't wait to meet you all and have such an AMAZING, fun filled year! :)

Mrs. Ayala
Hello Wranglers! My name is Mrs. Ayala and I’m quite thrilled to be your 3rd Grade Teacher this year! This is my fifth year teaching for CCSD and my first year here at Watson Elementary. I have a B.A. in Psychology with an emphasis on children and adolescence from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, as well as completion of the CCSD Alternative Routes to Licensure (ARL) Program. Currently I’m in my second year in the Master of Education in School Counseling Program. Aside from teaching and graduate studies, I enjoy spending time with family, watching movies/novelas, listening to classical music, photography, board games, and resorting to Barnes & Noble. I am looking forward to working with you this year and having a PHENOMENAL school year!
