Meeting was called to order @ 3:44 pm
1.0 Roll Call - Attendees were: Melissa Castellano, Leana Black, Chelsea Steele, Shawn Nielsen, Daniel Davis, Silvia Silva, Michelle Holloway
2.0 Minutes - Review of the meetings from April meeting. Motion to approve the minutes by Chelsea Steel, motion seconded by Melissa Castellano, minutes approved unanimously.
3.0 REVIEW/UPDATE ON PAST ITEMS
o 3.1 Budget
o Budget still looks good for next year.
o Possible district adjustment to RBG3, potential for money back
o Possible attrition money in fall from long term subs this year
o Getting quote to complete the projectors in last few classrooms
o 3.2 Distance Learning
o Chromebooks return next week
o 5/21 last day to opt in for DL next school year
o 3.3 Staffing
o Current open positions for next school year: Intermediate Autism and PE Aide, have possible candidates for both, no decisions have been made at this time.
o 3.4 Summer Acceleration
o Program runs 6/1- 6/30
o All face to face, no virtual
o 251 students signed up
4.0 NEW BUSINESS - nothing new to report at this time. New information will be shared when it is available.
5.0 Public Speaking Period – No one signed up for public speaking
6.0 End of Meeting – Next meeting tentatively scheduled for Wednesday August 25th @ 3:40 pm
