SOT Meeting
March 11, 2020
Attendees were: Mr. Nielsen, Mr. Davis, Ms. Beccar, Mrs. Lombardi, Melissa Castellano, Amanda Lutzke, Silvia Silva, Kristi Gines, Mr. Azcuna
Meeting was called to order @ 3:47 pm by Chair Amanda Lutzke.
Review of the meetings from February 12th meeting. Motion to approve the minutes by Amanda Lutzke motion seconded Mrs. Lombardi, approved unanimously.

UPCOMING EVENTS:
MARCH:
Career Week: currently going on.
Controlled Kaos- this Saturday 3/14.
Literacy Week: next week 16-20, Literacy night March 19th.
Book exchange before school M-W in MP room 9-9:15 – Student Council
Spirit Days
19th: Basket Raffle – already have some baskets, Food trucks, Book fair, stations, could use volunteers to assist.
APRIL:
24th Spring Carnival – Mrs. Young, find out when the committee is meeting to see about assistance
22nd Earth Day – Maybe can get something done for the garden.
MAY:
1st- Field Day - Davis – can use volunteers
8th – Family Picnic Day , K-2 @ 11-12, 3-5 @ 12-1
2nd semester awards – 2nd to last week of school
5th grade promotion and dance – last day of school – (set up separate meeting to discuss 5th grade planning)
May 4-8th – STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK

Submitted as discussed, full time site based position, open positions needed:
Primary Autism, Primary Resource, 1st grade, 4th grade, 5th grade, PE and Art.
