Meeting was called to order @ 3:44 pm
1.0 Roll Call - Attendees were: Melissa Castellano, Silvia Silva, Michelle Holloway, Leana Black, Chelsea Steele, Shawn Nielsen, Daniel Davis, Salena Brooks
2.0 Minutes - Review of the meetings from January 20th meeting. Motion to approve the minutes by Silvia Silva motion seconded by Leana Black, minutes approved unanimously.
3.0 REVIEW/UPDATE ON PAST ITEMS
· 3.1 School Budget Update
o Budget is due 02/12/2021
o Finish furnishing projectors in the rest of the rooms
o FT Social worker
o CTTS – 2-3+ full time
o Keep SB Tech full time
· 3.2 Distance Learning Update
o 2/22 – Staff returns to the building
o 3/1 or 3/4 – PK-3 students who opted for in person cohorts begin
o Guidelines just released, plan is being made for in person learning
· 3.3 Staffing
o Fingerprints pending for Social Worker
o J1 teachers should be starting in the next week or so
5.0 Public Speaking Period – No one signed up for public speaking
6.0 End of Meeting – Next meeting scheduled for Wednesday March 3rd @ 3:40 pm
